1. TERMS
The CAMPENO web site (the “Site”) is provided by CAMPENO subject to the following terms and conditions governing use of the Site (the “Terms of Use”) and any operating rules or policies that may be published from time to time by CAMPENO Before you access, browse through or shop on the Site, you must read the following Terms of Use and click on “I ACCEPT THE TERMS OF USE” IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH THE TERMS OF USE, DO NOT USE THIS SITE. By using the Site, you are agreeing to be bound by the following Terms of Use. CAMPENO reserves the right to modify or alter these Terms of Use without notice or penalty and you agree to be bound by any such modifications, alterations or amendments.

2. RESERVED RIGHTS AND GRANT OF LIMITED LICENCE

(2) The Site contains information, software, communications, text, graphics, advertising, photos and other material and services (collectively, the “Information”) which are protected by various domestic and international intellectual property laws, including but not limited to copyright and trade-mark law, and other proprietary rights, which rights exist in the Information currently on the Site and which rights will continue to exist in all Information developed or posted on the Site in future.
(3) Permission is granted to use (display or print) short extracts of the Information on the Site for personal, non-commercial, transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a limited licence, not a transfer of title, and under this limited licence you may not:
(a) modify, copy, reproduce, republish, or re-disseminate the Information;
(b) use the Information for any commercial purpose, or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial);
(c) attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on the Site;

Although CAMPENO uses reasonable efforts to include information which is accurate and current, the Information appearing on the Site could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. CAMPENO does not warrant or guarantee the quality, accuracy, completeness or timeliness of the Information provided. 9. COMPLIANCE WITH LOCAL LAWS
You acknowledge that you have accessed the Site voluntarily and that you alone are responsible for ensuring compliance with local laws.
10. GOVERNING LAW
CAMPENO controls the Site from within the Province of Ontario in Canada. The Site, however, can be accessed by all Canadian provinces and territories as well as from other places around the world. By accessing the Site, you agree that the laws of the Province of Ontario and the laws of Canada applicable therein shall govern as to the interpretation, validity and effect of these Terms of Use or any other agreement posted on the Site notwithstanding any conflict of laws provisions or your domicile, residence or physical location. You and CAMPENO hereby consent and submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Superior Court of the Province of Ontario in any action or proceeding instituted or related to the Site.

USER AGREEMENT
THIS IS A RELEASE OF LIABILITY, WAIVER OF LEGAL RIGHTS AND ASSUMPTION OF RISK AND INDEMNITY AGREEMENT. BY SIGNING THIS DOCUMENT, YOU WILLFULLY WAIVE CERTAIN LEGAL RIGHTS, INCLUDING THE RIGHT TO SUE.
In consideration of the use of the CAMPENO website (the “Site”) and the related purchase and/or use of any products and/or services from CAMPENO (“Campeno”), I hereby understand and agree to this release of liability, waiver of legal rights and assumption of risk, and to the terms hereof as follows:
1. I acknowledge that there are no representations or warranties of any kind applicable to the purchase and use of any products and/or services purchased by me from the Campeno Site and that all warranties whether expressed or implied are excluded. THERE IS NO WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR THAT ANY SUCH PRODUCTS ARE FIT FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. I am accepting such products and/or services on an “as is” basis and I hereby acknowledge that I will personally examine the said product prior to my using it in any manner whatsoever.
2. I hereby RELEASE AND FOREVER DISCHARGE Campeno, their officers, directors, agents, employees and owners of products and/or services (hereinafter referred to as the “Released Parties”) from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action that I, my heirs, executors, administrators or assigns can, shall or may hereafter have for injuries, disability, or death, or damages arising out of my use of any products and/or services purchased from the Campeno Site, including, but not limited to, losses caused by the NEGLIGENCE OF THE RELEASED PARTIES.
3. I further agree that I WILL NOT SUE OR MAKE A CLAIM against the Released Parties for damages or other losses sustained as a result of my use of the products and/or services purchased from the Campeno Site.
4. I further agree to INDEMNIFY AND HOLD THE RELEASED PARTIES HARMLESS from all claims, judgments, and costs, including legal fees, incurred in connection with any action brought as a result of my use of any products and/or services purchased from the Campeno Site.
I HAVE READ THIS RELEASE OF LIABILITY, WAIVER OF LEGAL RIGHTS, AND ASSUMPTION OF RISK AND LIABILITY AND FULLY UNDERSTAND ITS CONTENTS AND SIGN/AGREE TO IT OF MY OWN FREE WILL.
