Camp Menesetung – Who We Are: Overnight Camp, Day Camp, Outdoor Ed. Centre on the shore of Lake Huron - just north of Goderich, Ontario.
Camp Menesetung (30 staff, 70-100 campers/week) is a non-profit charity that seeks to lead the way in creating inclusive, healthy, and sustainable community through the Spirit of outdoor adventure. Camp Menesetung is affiliated with the United Church of Canada and we welcome and celebrate staff and campers of all faith and non-faith backgrounds.
Camp Menesetung is committed to valuing the good work that our staff do, we are thrilled to report that we have achieved a 110Percent summer staff salary increase from 2017-2023. Camp Menesetung also supports a Summer Team (July and August) which all Spring Program Staff Applicants are encouraged to apply for – preference will be given to those who are able to commit to May-August.
Required Qualifications: Age: 18+, Standard First Aid/CPR-C (by May 23, 2023), clean vulnerable sector police record check.
Salary: $15.50/hour, 20-30+ hours per week depending on availability.
Employment Dates: Spring Sessions (Mid-May and June as Scheduled)
Responsibilities: Complete training and deliver programming from any of our program areas to groups of students or rental groups from late May-June. Preference for these positions will be given to those who are able to work both Spring and Summer seasons. Please see the Job Description on our website below for further details.
